1. You should have received an email from the school to inform you that re-enrollment is now open. The subject line of the email was Re-enrollment for 2025-2026 School Year.  If you didn't receive the email, please contact Amber Osner.
    

2. After you log in to Family Portal, click on the Apply/Enroll section and then click Enrollment/Re-enrollment to start the online packet. If you have forgotten your username or password, use the link to reset. Please complete the re-enrollment form(s) found in your Family Portal for your student(s). 
    

3. Your tuition payment plan will automatically roll forward for the next school year. If you would like to make changes to your plan, please log into your FACTS account, via Family Portal, and update your plan. If you have any questions, please contact the Director of Business Operations, Joley Poole at jpoole@cougarsccs.com. 
    

4. Avoid a 2.95% processing fee by making your FACTS payments either with an ACH direct payment or by check ​​instead of paying with a debit or credit card. However, if you choose to use a credit card as the payment type in your FACTS account, a 2.95% processing fee will be your responsibility and passed along to you. Effective for all FACTS tuition, meals, and other incidental charges applicable to the next school year 2025–2026, payments made using a credit card will be charged the processing fee for those payments.  
    

5. After you have completed the re-enrollment packet, a Submit Enrollment Packet and Make Payment page will appear. The following table shows the re-enrollment fee schedule.

After May 15, 2025, the re-enrollment fee may be up to $200.00 per family. There may be a three-week wait to be re-enrolled.
